Men's Ministry
First Presbyterian Church of Amarillo has a very active Men's Ministry program, under the guidance of Dr. Murray Gossett.
During the fall, spring and winter, more than 20 small groups of men meet weekly for Bible study. Most groups meet at noon at the church, but other times are available.
Men's lunch Bible studies meet at noon on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If one of those days will work for you, call Murray at the church, 373.4242.

Join us at the 2nd Annual Bill Richey Retreat for Men, which promises to be a weekend full of fun and fellowship. There will be plenty of activities available, as well as ample opportunity for rest and relaxation. Come Thursday night for an extra "play day" of golf, fishing, or other mountain activities before the program begins Friday night. Saturday morning's First Pres Paintball Tournament is an event you won't want to miss! Saturday afternoon is completely yours to do whatever you like, maybe even a quick trip to nearby Santa Fe. We will close out the retreat with our final program on Sunday morning. Join us and bring a friend as we grow together as men in Christ.
Todd Sandel has a deep love and appreciation for our church. He was on staff as our Youth Ministry Director from 1994-1996. He now serves as the Executive Director of LifeGate Counseling Center in Atlanta, Georgia, where he also counsels clients in marriage and family therapy. Todd is a certified Family Wellness Instructor, a certified Gottman Educator, and a PREPARE/ENRICH Seminar Director. He frequently leads marriage intensives for The Hideaway Ranch right here in Amarillo, Texas. Todd holds two masters degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary in the areas of theology and psychology. Before his graduate work, Todd served as a youth and young adult minister for 13 years. Todd and his wife Beverly have been married for 10 years and have 4 children.
2 Night - $180/person (Arrive Friday)

3 Night - $210/person (Arrive Thursday)
Includes your room Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, breakfast and dinner Saturday, and breakfast Sunday.
*Each room has two queen beds and a bathroom. You have the option to request a roommate ahead of time, or you will be assigned to room with another attendee.
