Organizing and blessing: Join us at the Downtown Women’s Thrift Store to help sort and organize donations that allow women in recovery to grow and thrive.
3. Square Mile – 3980 SW 6th

The service project at Square Mile Community Development’s 6th Street urban Farm will be assembling new garden beds to grow more food for the community and helping install new fencing to replace the old fence that was damaged by the winds. All you need to build beds is some gloves! We have prefabricated ones that just need to be screwed together. We will be putting up fence panels as well so gloves and a screw gun will be great to bring.
We have inside work if it is raining.
4. Murray’s House 3614 SW 6th

4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Fajita Fun Fest: join us at Murray’s House for fajitas, fun and fourscore. We need people to cook, serve, and befriend our neighbors in San Jacinto.

TEACHING ENGLISH WHILE LEARNING SPANISH!
Are you interested in an opportunity to learn Spanish and support those who are trying to learn English? This is a great opportunity for ministry and serving others in a practical way by simply meeting and having conversation with them.
